The polychrome with architectural divisions of walls and ceilings, illusionistic church portals and window frames, was made in 1754. In 1907, it was complemented by figural scenes of the Assumption and Coronation of the Virgin Mary, painted by Jan Talaga, and geometrical wall decorations by MichaĆ Tarczatowicz of Bochnia. Today's appearance of the eclectic polychrome of the interior is the result of subsequent repainting and preservation, which took place a number of times.
