Abstract
The altar, together with statues of the Dominican saints, was created before 1754, probably in the workshop of the Kornecki family. Saint Dominic de Guzmán was the founder of a new community based on the rule of St. Augustine – Dominican Order, which in time became a mendicant order. In the iconography, Our Lady of the Rosary is very often accompanied by statues of St. Dominic and St. Catherine of Siena.
