The tabernacle was created together with the high altar, whose creation is attributed to Piotr Kornecki's workshop before 1748. Unfortunately, only the monstrance throne has been preserved in this work in question, as the tabernacle was replaced with a new one, probably in the 20th century. Among other works of this kind, i.e. from Kornecki's workshop, the tabernacle of Gdów is distinguished by panels with votive offerings on the side on the lateral axes, undoubtedly associated with the miraculous image of Madonna, located in the altar.
