The polychrome in the church of St. Sebastian was made in 1906, during renovation, preservation and decoration works (1903-1914), leading to the restoration of the temple to its original state and splenduor. It was made by Włodzimierz Tetmajer with the help of a Cracovian painter, Józef Mikulski. Włodzimierz Tetmajer, apart from easel painting, also dealt with wall painting. The polychrome, made in the church of St. Sebastian in Wieliczka, stands out from his other works of this kind
