Abstract
The statue of St. Peter, located on the high altar in the St. Peter Church in Łękawica, represents a traditional iconographic type depicting the saint apostle with a cane in his hand. A sculpture of St. Paul, located on the other side of the altar, was made in the same sculptural workshop. Unfortunately, archival sources do not reveal the author of the works. The sculptures were created in the first quarter of the 20th century.
