The statue of St. Paul on the high altar in the church in Łękawica was created in the first quarter of the 20th century. It represents a traditional iconographic type depicting saint apostle with a book and a sword in his hands. A sculpture of St. Peter, located on the other side of the altar, was made in the same sculpture workshop. Unfortunately, archival sources do not reveal the author of the works.
