The epitaph plaque, created after 1906, was devoted to the parish priest of the church in Maków Podhalański, father Karol Harche, who was the parish priest in 1887-1906. According to the inscription, the epitaph plaque was funded by father Ludwik Pyzik. The epitaph plaque is characterised by simple form and demure expression, by which it refers to a series of similar commemorative pieces from the 19th century.
