Abstract
The epitaph plaque was funded by Antoni Pleszowski after 1821 to commemorate the deceased wife Józefa Zdzieńska Pleszowska (who was born in 1791 and deceased on 2 November 1821). The plaque is characterised by simple form and demure expression. The content of the epitaph plaque expresses the sorrow and sadness of the family left by the deceased, which refers to a number of similar commemorative plaques.
