St. Anne's altar was built before 1766 probably by the workshop of the Kornecki family. Originally, it was located in the side chapel together with the statues of the two bishops, and before 1776 it was moved to the nave of the church. After 1900 a 17th century predella was installed there. The altar represents the most popular aedicula type in the 18th century, i.e. a simple one-storey structure with a pair of supports and an altar finial. Its original ornamentation near the chapiter and the altar finial is rocaille.
