The painting of the Holy Family was probably left in 1702 in the old temple in Łękawica. The scene, in which Mary and Josef are holding Baby Jesus in their hands, depicted in the painting in Łękawica, is a recurring motif. The iconographic content of the piece is supplemented by the Holy Spirit dove and a white lily branch - the attribute of St. Joseph.
