Abstract

The altar was most probably built in the first quarter of the 18th century. In previous literature, its creation was incorrectly attributed to Piotr Kornecki. The architecture and decoration of the altar correspond to the works of art created in Lesser Poland much earlier, around 1700, and in the first quarter of the 18th century.
