Abstract
During the restoration of the high altar in 1976-1979, its structure was extended with an altar finial, where the painting of St. Stanislaus was placed in. The painting might have been painted by Zdzisław Pabisiak, who simultaneously created polychrome inside the church. The painting has formal similarities to his figures painted on the vault of the chancel.
