The painting of Saint Anthony of Padua was created around 1776. In the picture in the church in Zakliczyn, he was depicted with Baby Jesus in his arms, which very often appears in his iconography. According to legend, the bay was to appear to the saint to assure him of God's love. In addition, an open book of the Holy Bible indicating Anthony's piety and willingness to proclaim the Word of God as well as a lily symbolising chastity are depicted in the painting.
