Abstract

The side altar was created after a new church had been built in 1742 but before 1745 - and thus before the date of consecration that is indicated on the altare portatile of the adjacent side reredos. The reredos depicts aedicula type, i.e. a simple, one storey structure, held by two supports, with altar finial.
