The side altar was created around 1693-1705. The antependium was made in 1924 by Jan Bukowki - an artist from Cracow. There is a painting of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in the main area of the altar and a painting of the Holy Family in the altar finial. There are sculptures of St. Peter and St. Paul on the sides of the altar, and the sculpture of St. Michael the Archangel on its top. The altar represents the aedicula type, i.e. the uniaxial reredos, placed on a pair of supports supporting the entablature with an altar finial.
