The side altar was created around 1693-1705. The antependium was made in 1924 by Jan Bukowki - an artist from Cracow. There is the painting "Christ between the two murderers" in the area of the altar and a painting depicting "Our Lady of Sorrows" in the altar finial. There are sculptures of St. James the Greater and St. Philip on the sides of the altar, and a statue of Christ on its top. The altar represents the aedicula type, i.e. the uniaxial reredos, placed on a pair of supports supporting the entablature with an altar finial.
