Abstract
The epitaph plaque dedicated to Szymon and Adam Skorupka Padlewscy was created after 1879 by Józef Skorupka-Padlewski. From the beginning of the 19th century, Libertów was owned by the Skorupa-Padlewski family of the Ślepowron coat of arms and belonged to the parish in Gaj; its owners were contenants of the local church.
