The history of the painting and its author are unknown. The style indicates that the work could have been created in the second half of the 18th century. The painting shows Saint Valentine healing a blind woman. The martyr is most often depicted in priestly garb, sometimes episcopal one, when he is healing a boy suffering from epilepsy or a blind woman, as in the painting in Wola Radziszowska.
