The relief was created by Franciszek Brożek and Wacław Hymek in 1767 from the foundation of Michał Bosak. Thus, the work was made at the same time when the temple in Podwilk was built. The relief represents St. Isidore the Laborer who died in 1130, nevertheless, who was canonized not until the year 1622. In the said work, he was presented in accordance with iconographic tradition: wearing a Polish costume and being accompanied by angels who are ploughing a field for him. A temple, located in the background, at the left side of the composition, represents a miniature church.
