Abstract

Sculpture from 19th century, created in an unknown sculptural workshop. It represents Christ in Cristo vivo type - i.e. before his death. Over his head hangs titulus - i.e. a plate with an abbreviated inscription of guilt, which according to the Gospel of St. John was placed on the cross in Hebrew, Latin and Greek.
