Abstract
The altar for the chapel with statues of St. Anne and St. Joachim was probably made by Ignacy and Antoni Kornecki in the fourth quarter of the 18th century. In the iconography, St. Anne was portrayed as a mature woman, because according to tradition, thanks to her prayer she managed to have a child – Mary – when she was in old age.
