The "Crucifixion" was pained in the first quarter of the 20th century by an unknown artist. A combination of the God the Father relief and the Christ Crucified painting is to reflect the medieval presentation referred to as the Throne of grace. The God the Father relief was probably created in 1914 by the author of the high altar, the Cracovian sculptor Styczeń.
