Abstract

Sculpture depicting Saint Catherine was created for the high altar during its construction in the mid-19th century. It was removed from it for some time, but after restoration work it returned to its former place. The method of shaping of the statue shows great similarity with the sculptures of the altar of Saint Kinga of Poland and the altar depicting Our Lady of the Snows.
