The side altar was built together with the rococo furnishings of the church in 1779. It was built by Antoni and Ignacy Kornecki - brothers who cooperated with each other. The side altar represents the aedicula type, i.e. a single-storey, structure located on a pair of structural supports supporting the entablature, with an aureole in the altar finial.
