Abstract

The altar of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, located in the right arm of the transept was built in 1789 and it was the only altar which was transferred from the old temple to the new one. The painting in the main area was created by Edward Lepszy. It is covered with the image of Mary Magdalene performing penance painted by Franciszek Matzke.
