The reredos with the statues initially served as the high altar in the former wooden Holy Trinity temple in Jordanów and was created before the year 1765. The angel statues bear the formal features which could be attributed to the workshop of the Kornecki family. Although the subject sculpture presents an angel in a tunic, his attributes - a sword and a scales - can be used to identify him as Michael the Archangel.
