The side altar of Madonna was funded by Franciszek Tomaszewski, a Livonian sword-bearer, and made by Cracovian wood carver Michał Dobkowski in 1753. A reredos is one of works typical of wood carvers operating in Cracow in the first half of the 18th century, who willingly reproduced the works of Antoni Frączkiewicz. Michał Dobkowski was his apprentice.
