The painting of Madonna of Spytkowice may have been painted by Cracovian painter Józef Kopaciński in 1753. Madonna was depicted in a characteristic patterned robe covering her head, with a sceptre in her hand; apart from the sceptre, the royalty of Mary and Jesus is emphasised by closed crowns.
