Abstract
The altar was made in the Classicist style in the 19th century. The structure is one-story, single-axial, resting on a couple of supports holding an entablature with a profiled cornice. Unfortunately, archival sources did not reveal the reredos' author. The iconography of the altar is devoted to the Crucifixion Group, with Virgin Mary and St. John the Evangelist, which illustrates a scene from the Gospel according to John.
