The altar was built in the 18th century. It represents the aedicula type, i.e. a one storey, uniaxial structure, held by two supports lifting broken entablature, with altar finial. Unfortunately, archival sources did not reveal the reredos' author. The main area of the altar contains the Crucifixion Group with the Virgin Mary and St. John the Baptist.
