Abstract
The painting of St. Stanislaus was created around the middle of the 19th century. Unfortunately, archival sources do not reveal the author of the work. The sculpture was correctly made both in iconographic terms and in formal terms, and has been generally idealized. The silhouette was displayed in a conventional, calm and static pose, but its decorated, patterned and richly gilded polychrome of the saint's garment added a decorative character.
