Abstract
The sculpture of Melchizedek was created along with a whole reredos around 1728. It depicts King of Salem, who greeted Abraham with bread and wine after victorious battle. The Melchizedek's sacrifice is considered a symbol of the Eucharist and Christ's sacrifice. The sculpture was created in unknown sculpture workshop.
