Abstract
The painting with high artistic values in the theatre convention typical of mature Baroque shows the Virgin Mary from the Annunciation scene. It is a set together with a picture of Gabriel the Archangel, which is also found in the church in Marcyporęba. Unfortunately, the author of the works is unknown. The canvases depict the moment of the Annunciation, when Mary was visited by Gabriel the Archangel, announcing her that she had been chosen as the Mother of Jesus. The painting was created in the 18th century.
