Abstract
The epitaph plaque with a simple form, dedicated to father Walerian Stanisławski, who died in 1681. Father Stanisławski was the parish priest in Barwałd Dolny, Kozy and Bielany near Kęty. On the epitaph plaque there is a short Latin inscription, which says: "You who created me, have mercy upon me", as well as the initials of the parish priest.
