Crucifix comes from the former church in Zembrzyce. Sculpture was created in the second half of the 17th century. It represents Christ in the Cristo morte type - i.e. as deceased with closed eyes and parted lips. The figure of Christ is deprived of expression characteristic in 18th century - his silhouette is clearly static. Strong, curly hair falling to chest resembles Gothic style. Ineptly presented hands and feet bring to mind the workshop of a provincial sculptor.
