The set of stained glass windows in the church in Stróża, including the above-mentioned stained glass window depicting Visitation of St. Elisabeth, was designed in 1959-1960 by Cracovian painter and educator – Adam Bunsch. This artist is the author of numerous stained glass windows and wall polychromes in churches throughout Poland, as well as in England and Scotland. It is estimated that the stained glass windows of the Bunsch project were installed in nearly 40 churches. The set of 11 stained glass windows in the church in Stróża is one of Bunsch's major realizations. The stained glass windows were made by Cracovian stained glass workshop – "Bracia Paczka”.
