The painting was created around 1777-1778. It was originally located in the high altar of the church in Łapsze Wyżne. The work shows St. Valentine – the patron of patients suffering from epilepsy, plague, gout and nervous system diseases; marriages, lovers and the diocese of Przemyśl.
