Abstract
The painting of St. Barbara found in the church in Inwałd depicts one of the most popular patron Saints of good death, particularly adored in the Lesser Poland and Silesia border area. Saint Barbara was worshipped by miners, steel mill workers and representatives of other dangerous professions.
