Abstract
Sculpture of St. John the Evangelist was made in the 18th century in an unknown sculptural workshop. The sculpture belongs to, the so called Crucifixion Groups with the Virgin Mary and Mary Magdalene which illustrates a scene described in the Gospel of Saint John.
