Abstract
The epitaph plaque of father Andrzej Strzałkowski, parish priest in Racławice in 1684-1704, the funder of three side altars in the church. The plaque is an example of an epitaph characteristic of Polish Baroque art. Unfortunately, its attribution is unknown.
