The sculptures of the Crucifixtion Group were created in unknown sculpture workshop at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. They represent works typical of this period, with idealizing facial features, robes decorated with a characteristic double trim on the edges (especially the perizoma of Christ). Similarly, ornamental decoration of the pedestal consisting of stylized floral vine is typical for that time.
