The painting "Christ between the two murderers" in the church in Orawka was created in the second half of the 17th century or at the beginning of the 18th century, in an unknown painting workshop. It was placed in the main area of the side altar in the church in Orawka from the first quarter of the 18th century. The painting is a perfect example of the reception of the work of the Flemish, baroque painter Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) – the so-called "Le coup de lance” .
