A painting of Saint James, placed in the high altar in the church in Racławice, is related to Jakub Kossecki, who probably chose the image of his patron for the new altar that he funded. Saint James was depicted in the painting of classical iconographic convention, frontally with traditional attributes in his hands: a shepherd stick and shells on the pilgrim's coat. Unfortunately, the sculpture's attribution is unknown.
