The painting "Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception" from the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries is maintained in the traditional iconographic type – with Mary standing on the moon and the dragon under it, with her hands in a gesture of prayer and a wreath of 12 stars. The literary source of this sort of images were words from St. John's Book of Revelation.
