Abstract
Madonna and the Child – the image in the altar of the side chapel in Trzebunia was painted in the 19th or 20th century and is a modern version of the iconographic type of Hodegetria (also Our Lady of the Way) – Mary as a guide pointing to Jesus. Body parts are painted, the rest of the figure is covered with richly decorated robes and crowns.
