Abstract
The composition is an exact reproduction of the fragment of the 17th-century oil painting by Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, titled "La Immaculada de Soult" (Immaculata for short). The original painting, created in 1678, is at the Prado Museum in Madrid and is one of the many versions of the theme of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which accompanied the artist for many years.
