The altar was built before 1728, probably in the first quarter of the 18th century. The architecture of the reredos represents the aedicula type, i.e. the uniaxial reredos, placed on a pair of supports supporting the entablature with an altar finial. In the main area there is a painting of the Transfiguration of Jesus, and the Last Supper on the sliding panel. Sculptures are placed in front of the supports: on the left side there is a sculpture of Moses, and on the right there is Elijah. The finial has the image of the face of Christ.
