Abstract
A painting from the 18th century, depicting Zechariah – a prophet, St. Elizabeth's husband and father of St. John the Baptist. It belongs to the series of images representing the Blessed Virgin Mary's family and several characters from the Old Testament, who are a prefiguration of Christ, i.e. Jacob, David and Abraham. The paintings are located in the main nave of the church in Brody.
