Abstract
The statue of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus was made in Kęty, probably by the artist preparing the altar, Stanisław Jarząbek. It represents a type of representation of Christ very popular in the 19th century with a burning heart girded with a crown of thorns in front of his chest.
